Invoicing
• A work order is prepared before the beginning of each project. The work order anticipates the cost of variable factors such
as imaging, retouching and proofing, as may be required. Accordingly, the final invoice may differ from
the initial work order estimate, but the client will be advised when such variations occur.
• A deposit of half the amount on the work order is required before the start of production.
• Upon completion of the project, the final invoice balance must be paid in full at the time of pick up or shipping.
|
Open accounts
• Previously approved purchases may be placed on account, provided that the client commits to settling the balance
in full by the 25th day of the month during which the work was completed.
• Such transactions must be pre-arranged on a case-by-case basis at the beginning of each
project.
• No other credit terms are available at this time.
• A 1.5% monthly finance charge will be applied to overdue accounts.
|
Scheduling
The client bears the responsibility to schedule his/her project sufficiently ahead of its required completion date.
A 50% charge will be added to rush jobs in the digital lab and 100% for rush jobs in the b&w lab.

Remakes of gelatin silver prints
Please contact us immediately if, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your finished order.
We reprint at no charge exhibition prints which are unacceptable due to an error on our part. However, we
do not offer remakes under the following circumstances:
• If a match to an original is required but the original isn't provided as a guide.
• When we followed the customer's instructions even though results weren't what was expected.
Note that, unlike exhibition prints, with custom prints, all dodging and burning-in is determined by the laboratory
technician.
Accordingly, there are no remakes on custom prints unless we determine that the print quality
does not match our standards.

Limit of liability
Submitting any film, print, slide, negative, disk, or other materials for processing, printing or
handling constitutes an agreement by you that any damage or loss by our company, subsidiary or agents, even though by
our negligence or other fault, will only entitle you to replacement with a like amount of unexposed film, processing or
disk. Except for such replacement, the acceptance by us of any film, print, slide, negative or disk is without other
warranty or liability, and recovery for any incidental or consequential damages is excluded.
|
Copyright disclaimer
All materials to be printed or reproduced by our company are accepted only with the understanding
that you have the legal right to make such prints/reproduction, and that you agree to indemnify
our company against any consequences arising out of any copyright infringment.
